Professional Photos & The Internet!
We use a photo technique called Bracketing. We take the same interior shot (5 times) at different exposures capturing the highlights and the shadows. The photos then go to a professional editing company to be combined for the optimal image!
We take pride in our listings and as a bonus, homes with high quality photos sell on average 32% faster & for more money!
Our listings are distributed to ALL the major real estate websites, Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, Homesnap, Homes.com, Facebook, etc…. Just about anywhere that you can search for real estate, your home will be there!
Communication & Showings!
The Showing Time appointment system along with our amazing front desk staff, allow for seamless scheduling of our showings. Our clients are notified in advance for ALL showings. You have options like receiving an email, text message or phone call to notify you about a showing.
Our clients also receive a Listing Activity Report. This report will display the number of agent inquiries, total number of showings and the detailed feedback remarks about the past showings.
We are happy to accommodate any special instructions or request you may have for the showings! Proper communication with our clients is one of the key ingredients for a successful sale!
Proactive Approach & Teamwork!
In this digital age, it's still important to make personal connections on the phone. Our proactive approach includes making “Just Listed” phone calls to neighboring streets, prospects in our database, other Realtors (that may have buyers) and calling internet leads. We pursue all buyer leads for our listings!
