We have been passionate about providing high-quality photos for our "for sale" listings for years and one of the first teams in the area to offer them!
After several requests from property owners, we are now offering Professional Rental Photos!
When potential guests are searching online for a vacation rental, the first thing they’ll see is your property’s photos. Your photos are what make a guest click on your listing or scroll past it.
First impressions are formed in seconds, and if your photos aren’t visually appealing, you risk losing potential bookings before guests even read your description.
We use a PROFESSIONAL EDITING COMPANY for every photo we take, which costs us on average $50 per property (included in price below), and the results are worth it!
Our exterior shots have BLUE SKIES; the interior shots have CLEAR WINDOWS, and all shadows and highlights are correctly adjusted for a refined finished photo!
Up to 1,100 sq, ft.
Up to 2,000 sq. ft.
Up to 2,500 sq. ft.

Up to 3,500 sq. ft. - $269
Up to 4,000 sq. ft. - $299

Re-Shoot (Up to 8 Photos) - $85
Our preferred payment methods are Check, Cash, Zelle or Venmo. We also take Debit / Credit cards, however there is a 3.3% convenience fee charged by the vendor. For Check / Cash, please have payment ready for the day of shoot, if you are attending. For other methods, payment is due at time of photo delivery.
We anticipate that the property will be in ready-to-shoot condition. We have no problem moving minor items around to try to get the best picture possible but within reason. The editors remove the camera tripod from the bathroom mirror shots, etc… They will not be doing extra Photoshop "object removal" during editing; if there's something that you do not want in a photo, please let us know in advance or remove the item, thank you!
Photos will be delivered within 24-48 hours from the time of the shoot. We will e-mail you a Dropbox link so you can easily download them to your computer.
Our interior shooting style is called HDR (high dynamic range). HDR is taking the same shot 5 times, at different exposures. This allows us to capture the highlights as well as the darkest shadows. The editing company then blends the 5 photos together for the optimal image!
